The following is a list of
Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre
services, policies and
guidelines to make your visit
more enjoyable.
The following is inclusive but
not limited to:
Air horns: Air
assisted noise makers are not
permitted at the Save-On-Foods
Memorial Centre at any time
unless otherwise permitted by
the artist or promoter.
Announcements:
We will be happy to Announce
Birthdays or Anniversaries at
Home Salmon Kings Games, we
require a minimum of 48 hours
advanced notice.
ATM: Automated
Teller Machines are located in
the main concourse level near
Gates 1 and 2.
Awareness:
Pucks, sticks and other objects
will sometimes leave the ice
surface and land in the seating
area of Save-On-Foods Memorial
Centre. You are urged to be
alert and to follow the play and
the puck at all times. Our
medical staff are there to
assist you in the event that you
are hit, however, if you require
immediate assistance, contact
any staff member of the
Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre
and report the incident. Fans
are welcome to keep pucks that
are shot into the stands.
Banners:
Banners, flags and signs are
permitted at games and events,
provided they do not interfere
with the event, cover any
advertising or building sign or
carry disparaging or obscene
messages. Signs larger than 24"
x 24" must be able to roll up or
fold. Also, signs cannot be
affixed to any part of Victoria
Arena. Poles to display banners,
flags or signs are not
permitted. Save-On-Foods
Memorial Centre reserves the
right to remove any sign deemed
to be inappropriate.
Balloons:
Balloons of any kind are not
permitted in Save-On-Foods
Memorial Centre because of
safety.
Cameras:
Cameras (removable lenses not
permitted) are permitted at
games provided that they are
still (not video) cameras and no
flash photography is permitted
once the game has started.
Cameras are not allowed for
events, unless an exception is
made by the artist or event
promoter. Under no circumstances
are video cameras allowed at any
time.
Telephones:
Cellular phones are permitted,
provided they do not interfere
with other guests enjoyment of
the game. Pay phones are located
in the main concourse at Gates 1
and 3.
Family Section:
The Family seating or alcohol
free seating section is section
104, this is applicable for
Salmon Kings hockey only.
Fan Courtesy:
Fan courtesy is an important
element of everyones enjoyment
at any game or event. We ask
that all guests adhere to the
Save-On-Foods Memorial Centres
Code of Conduct and Courtesy.

First Aid: The
First Aid Station is located in
the main concourse near section
110/ 111. Emergency medical
services attendants are
available at all events at the
Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.
In and Out:
There is a no Ins and Outs
policy in effect for all events
at the Save-On-Foods Memorial
Centre.
Guest Services:
Guest Services is located in the
main concourse level near Gate
1, Guest Services can assist you
with lost persons, seating
issues, general questions, lost
and found etc. Lost and Found
articles are kept for 30 days.

Parking: All
parking at the Save-On-Foods
Memorial Centre is pay parking.
Hourly rates apply on a day to
day basis, the event parking
rate is a predetermined for each
event please call for rates.
Parking on Pembroke and Dowler
street is residential only.
Please not park on Dowler St. or
Pembroke Ave. when coming to the
Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.
Pets: Pets are
not permitted in Save-On-Foods
Memorial Centre, however, all
service animals are welcome.
Please notify your ticket seller
at the time of purchase if an
aisle seat is required to
accommodate your service animal.
Tickets:
- Select Your Tickets is the authorized ticket seller for the
Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.
The box office is locate at the
Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre in
the South West corner nearest
the corners of Caledonia Ave.
and Blanshard St.
- Will Call for pick up of pre-paid tickets is located at the Select Your
Tickets box office beside gate
#1 on the southwest corner of
the Save-On-Foods Memorial
Centre at 1925 Blanshard Street.
- Children (two years of age and older) require a valid ticket at events
and games in Save-On-Foods
Memorial Centre.
- Guests must have a Suite ticket for admittance into the suites.
- Ticket speculators or "scalpers" are not recognized ticketing agents of
Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.
If you purchase lost or stolen
tickets from a non-authorized
agent, you risk being removed
from the seats you are in upon
the presentation of a
replacement ticket by the legal
ticket holder.
Public Skating:
The Public Skating Schedule can
be found on the City of Victoria
Recreation Services website at
www.victoria.ca/arena.
Seating: All
guests are required to sit in
the Assigned Seats as indicated
on their valid event ticket. If
you have an issue with your seat
please inform any of our guest
service personnel to help
rectify the situation.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted
anywhere inside the
Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre at
any time. Effective September
15, 2008, the previously
designated outdoor smoking areas
will no longer exist (Gate 1,
Gate 3, Suite level patio).
Guests will be able to smoke
prior to entering the building
at a distance greater than three
meters from any door /
window / air intake. Once a
guest enters Save-On-Foods
Memorial Centre, they will not
be granted in and out privileges
at any gate.
Restricted Items:
Items are restricted from entry
to the Save-On-Foods Memorial
Centre for your safety and
enjoyment of the event.
Restricted items include but are
not limited to: outside food or
beverage (including alcohol),
Weapons of any kind, spikes,
wallet chains, air horns, video
cameras, sticks, roller shoes,
inline skates, skateboards etc.
Bicycles:
Bicycles are not permitted
inside the Save-On-Foods
Memorial Centre, bike racks are
located around the exterior of
the Save-On-Foods Memorial
Centre for your convenience.
