Victoria, BC – The Sarah Brightman concert originally scheduled for March 20, 2013 will now take place on October 24, 2013 at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre in Victoria, BC.

Tickets purchased for the original show will be honored for the October 24th show. For customers who cannot attend the rescheduled date, refunds are available at the Select Your Tickets Box Office.

RESCHEDULED NORTH AMERICAN DATES ANNOUNCED FOR SARAH BRIGHTMAN’S “DREAMCHASER” ALBUM AND TOUR

December 17, 2012 - Sarah Brightman’s highly anticipated 11th studio album “Dreamchaser” will now be released in North America in April 2013. This will coincide with the timing of her International album release plan that will run through Spring 2013. As a consequence, the North American tour dates will be moved to the fall of 2013.
“Whilst I regret any inconvenience that this rescheduling might have occasioned for those people who have already bought tickets, the restructuring of my worldwide album release plan made it inevitable. Clearly a concert is always more enjoyable if there is familiarity with the music being performed and given how important this new Dreamchaser album is to me, I am keen for those attending my shows to hear it prior to the performance. I’m delighted with the new album and very excited about the show that I’ll be presenting in 2013,” said Brightman.

Brightman recently released the “Dreamchaser” track “Angel” and the first single “One Day Like This” off of the album. Both recordings are currently available digitally at various online retailers including iTunes and Amazon.

“Angel,” is a collaboration with veteran producer Mike Hedges known for his iconic work with the likes of U2, The Cure, Dido, was co–produced by Sally Herbert and mixed by Tom Elmhirst (Adele, Amy Winehouse).

“One Day Like This,” another collaboration with Mike Hedges and Sally Herbert. The track is a rendition of British band Elbow’ single from their successful fourth album, “The Seldom Seen Kid” released in 2008.

The video for “One Day Like This” will be released in January. 

In summer of 2013, Brightman will begin her “Dreamchaser” worldwide tour which will touch upon 5 continents and include over 100 concert dates.

Tickets purchased of the original shows will be honored for the rescheduled dates. For customers who cannot attend the rescheduled dates, refunds are available at the point of purchase.

For events that are not being rescheduled in Providence, Upper Darby, Austin, Portland, Sacramento and San Diego due to venue availability, customer refunds will be processed at point of purchase. Affected customers will receive information about refunds directly from the vendor. Customers who have purchased tickets from resale sites or ticket brokers or ticket exchanges should contact their point of purchase directly.

In January of 2013, Brightman will begin her “Dreamchaser” World Tour which will touch upon 5 continents and include over 100 concert dates. The first leg of the tour will kick off in North America on January 29, 2013 in Hamilton, ON and visit cities across the U.S. and Canada (listed below), with more international dates to be announced shortly. Fan community pre-sale tickets for the North American dates will be available October 9th-11th with public ticket on-sales beginning October 15th. Unique VIP concert packages will also be available, offering concert-goers an engaging and intimate ‘Dreamchaser’ experience.

• Upon arrival please wait to receive a numbered ticket.  Tickets will be handed out starting 90 minutes prior to the on-sale time until 35 minutes prior to the on-sale time.
• Once you've received a numbered ticket, you are not required to remain on the premises; however you must be present 30 minutes prior to the on sale time for the random ticket draw.
• 30 minutes prior to the on-sale a number will be drawn and that person will become first in line with all those numbers after that lining up sequentially behind.  Those that have a number that precedes the first number drawn will go to the end of the line.  This process is to ensure consumer fairness.
